By accessing or using Tenurion ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Tenurion ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Tenurion is a tenders intelligence and bid operations platform designed for companies operating in regulated sectors (pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare, etc.) participating in public procurement across GCC markets.
The Service provides:
- Tender opportunity tracking and intelligence
- Bid operations management and coordination
- Compliance tracking and regulatory monitoring
- Market intelligence and competitive analysis
- Company workspace and team collaboration features
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must:
- Use a strong, unique password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Log out when using shared devices
3.3 Account Access
Access to the Service is by invitation only or through approved access requests. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Obligations
You agree to:

5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create within the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.3 Data and Intelligence
Tender data, market intelligence, and aggregated information provided by the Service are proprietary to Tenurion. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell this data outside your organization's use of the Service.
6. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and payment details will be provided separately. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such actions.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TENURION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or information
- Business interruption
- Cost of substitute services
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.3 Tender Information Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, tender information is sourced from public procurement portals and may contain errors or be subject to change. You are responsible for verifying all information before making business decisions. We are not liable for losses resulting from reliance on Service data.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tenurion, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your User Content
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Misuse the Service or harm other users
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tenurion regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
